Technology changes quickly. A platform that feels essential today may become irrelevant within a few years. A technical skill may lose value when the underlying system changes.

How do people make decisions? How do groups build trust? Why do organisations resist change? How does culture influence the way technology is adopted?
Tools will continue to evolve, but these human questions remain. This does not mean avoiding specialised knowledge. It means connecting technical capability to an understanding that can survive beyond one generation of technology.
The strongest learning allows us to adapt when the tool changes because we still understand the problem underneath it.
Learn the technology of today — but invest most deeply in the human questions that technology cannot make obsolete.
