Technology training is often designed as an individual activity. Each employee receives access to a course, watches the material, and is expected to apply it alone. But many people learn more confidently when learning is social.
They ask a colleague how a tool fits the actual work. They watch how someone else checks an AI answer. They discover through conversation that others are uncertain too.
I have learned that collective learning can turn technological anxiety into shared curiosity. This suits a real strength inside Thai organisations: people often help one another long before formal support arrives. The opportunity is to make that cooperation part of the learning system rather than leaving it invisible.
AI capability should not belong only to the quickest learner in the room. It should spread through shared practice, honest questions, and examples drawn from real work.
